    The Operations Management followed by Team Leaders handles independent groups of Agents who make up the OPS team.

    We have included a typical Operations Process specifically for a lead Generation Campaign further in this document. Although the process defined is for Lead Generation, it acts as a stepping-stone for the department to build on to another similar process for all kinds of businesses.

  • The Human Resources Department a Brels has been developed in a way to enable managers and supervisors to fulfil their human resources responsibilities effectively. by providing parameters and guidance for decision-making, as well as providing all staff with user-friendly and accessible information.

    Although the department carries out the front-end activities, the core selection process involves the Operations Department. This helps the OPS department in identifying the perfect candidates for the program. This, in turn, ensures that the OPS objective is met, the Service Level Agreements adhere t and 'the overall performance of the centre is boosted.
